For my area, I was told by management you'll get a raise after 90 days, which was a lie. If you have certs given to you by the company, you might get a raise in less than 90 days. But depending on how they see you, your raise will be as little as a McDonald's raise, ¢50 (for an advanced FDOT certification). If you come in with certs, you can MIGHT also get a raise less than 90 days.
