If you were in charge, what would you do to make SoutheastHealth a better place to work?
Management could careless about anyone. You was not allowed to voiced concerns, was not allowed to point out when another employee steps over you and you did not feel comfortable with actions or situation, nothing was ever made clear to us what was expected but just do it or leave (fired), opinions did not matter if you had them you was on chopping block, floor leader never stood up for employees even if we was in the right and never voice concern to her. So maybe let employees voice concerns and issues without fear of retaliation or threats.
The work environment is slowly declining, people are becoming more discouraged with the problem of constantly being understaffed and low wages, more are looking for jobs elsewhere.
Raises are only given about every two years and if you actually get the amount you are supposed to receive you are lucky!
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at SoutheastHealth?
Make sure you don't dress down , don't smell of smoke. Bring a copy of your resume, and licenses. Smile and have a good personality. Have previous experience is a plus. Don't call in and don't be late!!! Work hard and complete your tasks.
I met some really awesome people and we had good core group until they started doing away with us one by one. My coworkers made that place.
