Faster way to get people out of Southeast who care nothing for their job. People who only care for the check and not for the patients. No one more chance. Verbal, written warning, second written warning with explaining the grounds of termination and then terminate for the third write up. But once we do this and get to the third for termination, we get told by HR to give one more chance. Doing this allows the employees to run rabid and have the upper hand
