Due to the nature of the work, there are not many work-from-home positions within the company. Primarily, Tech Group or Call Center positions are work from home, but headquarter and station positions are not. Work from home staff are provided with all necessary equipment, but must provide own internet and an alternative work location to which staff can travel should they ever lose power during their work hours.

Check passengers into certain flights,answer phone question of future passengers on the phone, direct ground plane traffic, board passengers onto aircrafts, create weight and balance manifests for pilot use

Wages are reviewed yearly. Wages at some stations are dependent upon contractual obligations and can only be adjusted upon contract renewal. Wages are commensurate with experience.

Promotional opportunities for customer service agents within their locations are limited and based upon vacancies, or expansion/addition of other stations. Such opportunities would require relocation. Promotional opportunities for other positions (pilots, administration) are more abundant as the company grows.
