Rehab team is great, productivity levels very fair.

I’ve worked here a few years now, and I’ve read the reviews of our hospital, I know they’re not great, but when you see a good one, 99% of the time it references rehab or the rehab unit. I respect and really like my co-workers, and we provide quality rehab care. We have a manager who supports the rehab team. We are in-house, not contracted. Though - more ... there are many things about the hospital I would like to see improve, for therapists, I think it’s a good place to work. - less
ProsLove my co-workers, rehab does good, caring work together! Rehab Manager is supportive, full time pay is good, productivity requirements are very fair.
ConsLimited parking, Hospital management changes a lot, nursing & cna’s often understaffed, per diem therapist pay is not as competitive.
