Busy, high stress job, workload is always plentiful and overwhelming. You are able to float to different department to gain more experience, Also our administrator says this is a zero tolerance facility regarding speaking English, but staff speak there primary language all day long. I really should know how to speak fluent tagalog by now because that - more ... is the primary language, but I just tune them out when someone is speaking another language besides English. It's very annoying and upsetting. Not only are staff members offended, but so are patients for this has been verbalize to me. - less
ProsCo-workers are helpful and nice
Consshort breaks, shortage in staff and EVS
