management was fair on some issues. However the pay is not that good. Plus the minimum yearly raises are like minimum. The job does has it's down days as my job and when you feel like your not in safe situation or can't keep your patients safe that makes your job harder. Management was understanding and helpful along with co workers- lot of team players. - more ... Hardest part of the job is balancing admissions with discharges and managing milieu as charge. Most enjoyable part of job is the rewarding feedback from patients. Professional working environment. Everyone is friendly and family oriented. - less
