So I must preface this with the statement; I loved this job. The people I worked with on the sales floor were awesome. Everyone cared about each other success and really put their noses to the grindstone to achieve that success. Problem here is the Executive team that runs the show. They have ZERO personal accountability. When something goes wrong, it is immediately pushed to someone else. Even if it exclusively a executive team issue. My time here was enjoyable and I learned a vast amount skills.

A typical day at work would be sitting at the front of the office and taking care of any paper work and transferring calls to sales.The management was very professional but friendly. They always have some out of the office function that is team building for the sales reps. The workplace culture is also friendly and inviting. They are always open and welcoming to new employees.
Management needs improvement or an overhaul. Certain jobs are more restricted than others. Culture is good but every company has good days and bad days.

Small company mind-set with conflicting Directors. CEO is not present and involved in management teams inability to work together. Awesome business model and the role is wonderful however you do two jobs because of the lack of staff utilization. This job is great for an entry-level position but not for mid-lever experienced individuals. The director is very loyal to the company however she values busy work and not results. Expansion will not happen until she gets some further education in business management or at least Six-Sigma Training.
