Do as I say, not as I do: The Job
So I must preface this with the statement; I loved this job. The people I worked with on the sales floor were awesome. Everyone cared about each other success and really put their noses to the grindstone to achieve that success. Problem here is the Executive team that runs the show. They have ZERO personal accountability. When something goes wrong, it is immediately pushed to someone else. Even if it exclusively a executive team issue. My time here was enjoyable and I learned a vast amount skills.

I have never had a job where they actually care about the employees so much. I worked at the hospital and they would throw a fit if you got sick , you better take a pill and come in, tornado outside ? be careful coming in they would say. I would like to mention the managers are always willing to answer questions and send me feed back and helpful links and suggestions. The team is patient in knowing this is all new to me. I am happy and really appreciate how understanding you all are when someone or myself have to be out or work from home .

This place offers a great entry-level opportunity. Co-workers are friendly and the office is comfortable.
This is a good place to start a career in sales. The largest issue was no formal training period. Everything you learn will be hands-on training by other account managers. The pay is average but a commission is offered fairly quickly. This place is perfect if you enjoy inside sales with heavy attention on daily dials.

Can't keep decent talent
Dial dial dial! Call call call! This is a robocall shop, you will make cold calls, blitzes, for days. This is not a Sales management position, they really just need bodies making calls, which as any seasoned salesperson knows... is not how you make money. Very few tenured salespeople stay, the decent talent tends to leave in a revolving door.

Productive and welcoming workplace
A typical day at work would be sitting at the front of the office and taking care of any paper work and transferring calls to sales.The management was very professional but friendly. They always have some out of the office function that is team building for the sales reps. The workplace culture is also friendly and inviting. They are always open and welcoming to new employees.
