SGWS seems to fail in advancement within. High turn over in mid level jobs.
They don't really seek within when there are qualified individuals in front of them. Maybe some age discrimination for advancement.
Employees came and went. It never seemed to be a place for longevity.
Goals were unrealistic, maybe that's why.
They are the big boy in the industry. Plenty of product to sell.
Sales demands are high. Not realistic. Management over commits.
