What advice would you give the CEO of Southern Management about how to improve it?
Please screen your manager's as you do the employee's, meaning makes sure they a fit for the position, well seasoned, and computer savvy. Just because some one is a mgr doesn't mean they're qualified.
Experiences, able to work, or get there (tht is never said anything about working till 8pm), able to travel if needed..
