Case Manager in Prince Frederick, MD

Great place if you enjoy helping people but they don’t pay well and you have a quota that relies on clients to be reliable when they’re not. Occasional company lunches, but you can only attend if it fits your work schedule.
Rehabilitation Specialist in Prince Frederick, MD

The work environment is very cliquish. If their employees don’t like you as a new person, they fire you. The training isn’t reliable and team members take credit for your work.
Targeted Case Manager in Leonardtown, MD

Employees are not fairly compensated given the amount of work they are expected to complete. Seems less “people” oriented and more “numbers” oriented. The welfare of the client is not always put into perspective, but it also seems that the welfare of the employee isn’t considered either. No room for advancement and raises are given sparingly if at all. A good opportunity for experience on a resume but not somewhere one should consider working long term.
Direct Support Professional in Prince Frederick, MD

Beware of this place. Employees working under poor work conditions. OSHA violations at homes within the network. Supervisors cutting hours and not being present . Threatening environment if you disagree with the network. Consumers harassing staff with no repocutions. This place is for young adults to work whom don’t really care about the environment, just the paycheck which isn’t much . I would not want my family members utilizing this company.

This job is very mentally draining and it will take a toll on you. I enjoy working with the mental ill but it is a very tough job and everyday is a new expierence.
