I worked for this company from 2012 to 2014 in the housekeeping / maintenance dept. If you apply here, you will not be paid for experience, their is not a team approach ( some people hide and do not do their job)...and you will be expected to help those who never help you. Save yourself the time and effort, and apply elsewhere. You will regret it if you work here for facilities dept.
