If you want a promotion it is simple:
1) Tell your direct supervisor of your desire to be promoted
2) Get involved with the company. Be seen as a team member that is willing to take on that extra task or support another department if they need a shift covered.
3) Attend training classes related to the position you want. The company offers many classes in our Relias Program (employee training software).
4) When a position comes available that you want (it is usually posted internally first) then APPLY!
