The most useful review selected by IndeedI would either load oxygen, nitrogen or argon, all are a refrigerated liquid. Oxygen would go to hospitals. The nitrogen would go to your large food processors. Argon would go to your large steel mills.

Orientation & Training
Driver (Current Employee) - Wampum, PA - August 20, 2023
Orientation and training are straightforward. Fellow drivers and trainers are responsive and willing to help. Cryo isn't the place to chase miles. Safety seems paramount. Family atmosphere.
Pros
Do not chase miles, safety is paramount.
Cons
Data, paperwork, training process can seem intimidating to some.

I wish I never would of gone there to work…
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) - Wampum, PA - July 21, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing, it sucks, they will try to rip you off at every turn. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The constant ignorance of the fleet management is pathetic. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? left in the dark…they are the laughing stock of the industry…

I had to leave after only 6 months of driving for them.
OTR Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Aliquippa, PA - July 15, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing at all it was very tough. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with the dispatchers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s their way or the highway mentality. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Having your dispatcher call you everyday asking for paperwork.

The page good but the management is terrible
Cryogenic truck driver (Former Employee) - Monaca, PA - July 21, 2022
Work there for quite some time and then ever treat you as A valued employee But they kept changing the rules for us drivers to do things then they would get angry when they change the rules and never let you know

Management is overwhelmingly horrible
Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Gary, IN - November 12, 2020
I was insured a raise after 6 months that never happened. After 12 months had to corner my fleet manager to question about the promises made just to hear every excuse possible for not holding to the promises made. Was made to believe that the reasons for every excuse was higher up in corporate, just to later find out corporate didn't even know the truth of the underhanded deals going on at the company. Really sadly disappointed in my experience with this company.
Pros
Great dispatcher
Cons
No support at all

Pay is decent, but Management is terrible!!!
Hazmat Tanker Driver (Former Employee) - Blairsville, PA - September 14, 2019
The pay was fair, but only $100 exyraof you working holidays. The manager knows nothing about trucking ,or the equipment that is used& cannot be told anything different then what he says, weather he is right or wrong.95 percent of the drivers will agree with this&agree that he doesn't know what he's doing!!
Pros
Decent pay
Cons
Very Poor Management

Easy going if you are self motivated and willing to put forth effort to work as needed
Cryogenic truck driver (Current Employee) - Hopewell, PA - August 24, 2019
Great company to work for. But you must be self-motivated and willing to work the hours you are needed and expected to work. For the most part you can work your own hours, but be willing to go wherever the customers need you and work the hours they need you to work. It's important to keep the customers happy and the equipment cared for properly. If you are doing these things then they should be happy with your performance. It's competitive type of work with other similar contracting companies. Pay and benefits are competitive and fair.
Pros
Good pay and benefits, work your own hours, plan your own time off
Cons
A lot of time away from home, sometimes long days

Fast paced with attention to detail
Tanker Driver (Former Employee) - Aliquippa, PA - September 10, 2018
Loading and delivery of a hazardous material which required certification on purity and industry standards to industrial and food processing facilities . Customer service delivery times critical.
Pros
New Equipment
Cons
Away from home
