Terrible management
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKJanuary 22, 2019
Terrible management! If you're scheduled to work and get to work on time dispatch will give your route to someone who got there earlier. I waste my gas driving to work and they don't compensate for that. Would not recommend.
Pros
Alone time delivering
Cons
Bad management

Nothing
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXJanuary 8, 2019
Need to drive 35 miles through heavy I-35E traffic. Takes more than one hour unless spending $5 one way for express lane. Dispatch should be thoughtful enough to text that you have no work that day.

"Worst job ever
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXDecember 16, 2018
This job is horrible. If you get good at it you get to go help all the other people who don't care. The company is always changing the procedures, no fun
Cons
Very stressful and never ends

A lot of the decisions made are counter-productive for the driver.
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXSeptember 12, 2018
The people you work with are really fun and the job itself isn't hard at all. The problem comes with the management decisions with the morning process. Each one made makes the job more strenuous than it should be.
Pros
lenient with time off, choose your off days
Cons
unnecessarily complicated process to start your route each day

Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort WorthAugust 27, 2018
NO work life balance what so ever. NO Real training, hopefully you luck up w/ a good person. Almost impossible to fulfill even a long 10 hour shift, it’s Typically arnd 12 hrs after waiting for everyone & w/ the workload you’re given. Not to mention that’s not including you taking any time out to break. Guarantee they are violating labor laws.
Pros
Drive on your own!
Cons
NO Set Hours, Workloads not evenly distributed, Daily pay actually isn’t good considering you are working non stop for 10 hours Minimum, A Set Up for Failure

Station Manager (Current Employee) –  Garland, TXAugust 21, 2018
This is a fast paced, physically demanding job. If you like to work independently and the thought of working for yourself without having to worry about the cost of overhead, then this is the job for you. You are doing the same job every day, yet you see something different every day due to different areas and customers so you will never be bored. Monthly incentive programs, options to make extra money daily, fun work environment, and insurance options. Safety is first priority.
Pros
Fast paced, never boring, independent
Cons
Physically demanding & working in all weather types

Driver (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXAugust 13, 2018
Very unprofessional staff. I have been working here for over a week, see the “supervisor” daily and she still has yet to introduce herself. She refers to me as “that girl”. If they don’t like you, you will be on the road for 12+ hours. Also you may come in and they will tell you there is no route for you & send you home.

15 hour days equal $8 an hour
Courier Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXJuly 8, 2018
They demand so much and $120 a day sounds good until your running all day and into the night and realizing your breaking your back to make $8 an hour or $10 an hour if you finish in 12 hours. It's not worth it and they will have to change or eventually be shut down.
Pros
Riding alone
Cons
pay, hours, and lack of care for employees

Driver/Courier (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 23, 2018
You cannot balance your work life and this job without the more than likely possibility of being fired for just about anything. If you live alone and dont require rest this is the job for you.

Ruuuuunnn. They lie to you
Driver Associate (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXFebruary 13, 2018
I would not waste your time. Their turn around is Extremely high. They will tell you that you will get paid a certain amount after 30 and 90 day but that is a lie. They sent a mass text to confirm but when you arrive to work you get sent home. Would not refer you working with this company.
Pros
Pay is decent
Cons
