I would get a person in the DOE position in Tampa who knew what she was doing. It is important to treat professional instructors with respect and not belittle. That would help the instructor retention and atmosphere all around

Horrible. Departments do not communicate with each other, talk about each other, instructors complain to students about the school and each other... and if your new- do not expect anyone to speak to you or care for more than 4 weeks. You get a book to read for training.

None. They classify very few instructors as full-time no matter how many hours or classes you have. They do not want to pay benefits or vacation/time off.
