Backup supervisor (Current Employee) – Baton Rouge, LA – October 9, 2017
Management constantly puts you in a position that leaves you feeling helpless. A job should uplift their employees, and this particular branch in Baton Rouge does not. If they do not alter their management team soon, they will lose even more employees.
Warehouse (Current Employee) – Baton Rouge, LA – May 8, 2015
Place is poorly managed, people in the warehouse/customer service are over worked, and are required to wear many hats without proper compensation. You are sold on an idea to work hard for the company and you will be rewarded. Those rewards are shown in the form of commission based pay plans that require individuals to work above and beyond in order to get an extra $100 a month in bonuses. Not enough structure, no clear work descriptions or expectations of the job. You are asked to take on a lot of projects without any clear direction, planning, or support to achieve these goals. Poor hiring practices and development of employees.
Overall, I would recommend this job for anyone who just needs a job, not a place to try and advance without a degree.
