They say part-time, but once they pile on everything else, and get finished telling you that 75% of your job is non-billable, it quickly becomes a full-time job.

The work environment is simple. Your passion to assist the population served will be more than your supervisor's. Your abilities to multi-task, your work ethics, your skills will be higher than your supervisor's. You will not recieve acclamations, gratitude, compromise nor respect from your supervisor. However, if you are professional, and have a strong knowledge of the dynamics on the scope of your job, expect to have your supervisors and other employees gossip about you while doing "petty and punitive" things DAILY, to bring your morale down. #awfulcompany
