If you are in desperate need of a job, go to the interview dressed professionally and smile. If you can obtain employment elsewhere please decline the offer.(I'm not a disgruntled employee, I previously resigned)

They say part-time, but once they pile on everything else, and get finished telling you that 75% of your job is non-billable, it quickly becomes a full-time job.

I would ask the CEO to make additional opportunities to get to know his employees better for himself if possible. I think he does himself and the company a disservice by not knowing or not being able to recognize the strengths of individual employees by designating that responsibility to that of a lower level person or assistant. I would offer him the advice to change personnel or to designate an additional path for staff and programs development. This would result in people being able to focus on individual strengths resulting in less company turnover and a positive sustainable work environment.
