I'm 52years old and my whole life I wanted to work for an airline company. I was wondering if being as old as I am, that my age might pose a problem with being able to work in some of your companies departments?

Not at all. Just remember that attendance is one of the most important things they look at. Excellent place to work and you will be proud to work there. After 10 years you can retire with lifetime flight benefits! Good luck!

I’m 52 years old and just got hired by Southwest Airlines, not once during any of the hiring process did I ever think they were concerned about age. Southwest is an incredible company that is diverse and looks for candidates that have the right attitude and personality that will reflect on what the company values are.

I was 51 years old when I was hired by American Airlines to work in their Admirals Club. I don't know about Southwest but I would hope that they would NOT discriminate..

Age is just a number. If you are mentally & physically fit with a positive attitude & enjoy traveling & enjoy customer service while putting safety first; then you should apply today. You are never too old to enjoy a new career that makes you happy. Go for it!
