Overall, great place to work. Ability to start as an entry-level employee and move up quickly with hard-work and willingness to relocated to get your desired position. However, many positions have a seniority pay scale(salary structure) and days off, so anytime you move departments or positions, your seniority starts over.

Best Company/Airline to work for. Southwest loves its employees and is big on helping one another and Teamwork. We love our customers very much too. If you are thinking of working for an airline in the future, please don't let Southwest roll by you. Give them a chance and see how great of an airline it really is.
