Overbearing leads

Work was interesting and I felt like I was given plenty of room work on my own but carefully watched by the older employees. Most time constructive critism was respectfully given. Sometimes they go overboard with the blaming. Competition was healthy. Mostly Latinas which meant discipline focus and serious environment but it seemed like everyone was still having a good time.

Toxic Management

Some people are pretty cool but upper management does not give support or clear direction. It's chaos all the time, no one knows in advance what they are to complete for shipping. Managers constantly running around trying to push units out the door. No training plans, no clear communication, plenty of disgruntled employees. A horrible place to work because of management. you are not allowed to talk, alot of drama and bullies

If you are white and smoke you are made to feel unwelcome, a lot of Spanish, Asians...People who have been there longer than you bully you and try to push you out the door. Training is poor, then they treat you bad if you haven't learned what skills you need. you work 10 hour days and 6 on Saturday, you never have a life outside of the place.
