Campus Leader in New Mexico

My experience with the southwestern advantage program has been life-changing. I am going on my third year doing this program and I have learned a lot of professional and personal skills to be successful in life. This is definitely one of the hardest things I have done as a young entrepreneur but it is completely worth it. I have gained a lot of confidence and communication skills through the program especially because of how tough it is. Working every day, six days a week averaging about 75+ hours a week is a lot but that is what taught discipline, hard work, and integrity. This program is for sharp individuals who like to challenge themselves and work hard. I have also had the opportunity to surround myself with amazing young college students who are making a difference. My experience with southwestern has opened many doors and given me the perspective I was seeking.

long hours and relocate to a new state. Money is not guaranteed and work 80+hours because based on commission. Can be a lot mentally and physically but a good learning experience with mostly helpful managers

Very rewarding place to work that helps face your fears and grow as an individual. You earn what you work for which can be stressful but overall very rewarding no matter how you do.

They will work you like a dog and then send you home if you don't meet their sales goals. They gave me very little training and then got upset when I was not prepared. I had multiple guns pulled on me while working here and the only thing they did was make me change the neighborhood I worked in.

Had a blast interning for this company! Great company culture, tough work but extremely rewarding! As an intern you work long hours but you're given all the tools to succeed and grow in work and in life!
