Not good as long as the type of culture they have remains in place. They need to allow the Chief of Police to run his department as he sees fit. They also need to follow the Police Officers Bill of Rights, which they don't because of lack of experience. In general, SWC Union superseeds the officer's bill of rights, which is only policy via an agreement reached by the college and their union reps versus law, which is what the Officer's Bill of Rights are.
