This is an institution of higher learning, not a workplace
Graduate (Former Employee) –  Georgetown, TXJuly 31, 2013
That being said, it was an amazing place to learn, thrive, and grow as an individual and academic.
Pros
Small classes, research with professors at a masters level in undergrad
Cons
Too small, limited in funding and departments

Working at Southwestern University is a fun experience. I love what I do and learned how to work with others in order to be on the same page and terms.

Nice to work for the university if you need to do homework, many jobs are volunteer or minimum wage, but they benefit you in that they don't require very much of your time, as they understand your student life has other needs.
