Management, at least the family based team, is supportive of their teams. The position entails a great deal of paperwork plus you travel every day pretty much all day so time management skills are essential. They do provide cars but you share it wi th your partner (master's level is paired with a bachelor's level). Supervision for the lpc is provided - more ... as part of the job. Master's level staff are able to guide treatment without being micromanaged.

ProsFriendly culture. Confidence in their master's level clinicians. They don't micromanage
ConsPay is extremely low for a master's level with any kind of experience.
