Stressful. Management does not communicate or listen to employees.
Fortunately for me, my initial, direct, supervisor still allowed me to work the hours that I desired. However, with recent changes, a new Supervisor was put in position which made changes to employees schedules and even locations with no questions asked. Opinions and personal choices of no importance. "makes for unhappy work day!"
Now have individuals - more ... that know nothing of what they are changing and the problems that they are creating, however, leaving the original employees with the aftermath to deal with.
Stressful and unappreciated. - less
