Good place to get medical knowledge
Clinical Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COOctober 7, 2018
Good place to start to acquire medical knowledge and understanding of insurance. Fast paced. They don't provide too much ongoing education and lack of ability to advance.
Pros
work with a good medical team
Cons
lack of career advancement

Amazing Leadership and Coworkers
LPN Staff Nurse (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COJune 10, 2018
The leadership is wonderful. The nursing staff and coworkers are by far some the best I have ever worked with. You will make friendships for life. All the staff work so well together. Probably one of the best jobs I ever had. If hadn't of relocated to another state, I would love to continue to work here.

Amazing Coworkers and Leadership

Director (Current Employee) –  Aurora, COMay 14, 2018
Working here is SO rewarding. The culture is fun and upbeat. Management genuinely cares about the hospital, staff, and patients. Hospital went through some rough and rocky roads in 2017, but things are significantly improved.
Pros
Culture, Teamwork
Cons
Rehab work can be hard!!

Health Care Management Intern (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COJanuary 22, 2018
A typical day at work is stressful. They want a review that I cannot provide today. Managing a health services organization is a difficult task that requires the right mindset and skills. Critical decisions must be made on a daily basis and the person must be up to the challenge. Health Care Management will provide readers with the tools to meet these challenges

Love my job and the patients I serve
Administration (Current Employee) –  Aurora, COApril 3, 2014
Fantasic place to work. Working with the team approach is very much the norm. The docs are very receptive to your input. The staff appear to enjoy their jobs, we have lots of staff that have been here five or more years.
