Nobody was actually doing their job, and leaving the next bartender with a mess. This was overlooked by myself for awhile because the money was great. Then management cut all specials, and the business was next to nothing, that's when I got out. It was a total waste of time to go to work there, no money.
Offer of a job with much more opportunity.
Kitchen management wanted me to change dates on food. So the food cost wouldn't be so high. I wasn't about to sell out of date chicken, hamburgers, etc.
Manger was extremely rude, and had no concept for equal respect.
Because the GM didn't like the fact hat I wasn't ok with him breaking state liquor laws or the fact that he was getting employees to expense out his drinks from stores and his candy from vending machine and then never paid for his food from restaurant. Also treating employees terrible. Eventually he accussed me of something that wasn't true and I was let go after 2 1/2 years!
