Need to recognize talent
Content Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILJuly 16, 2018
Overall, the company has good culture and good business sense, but they don't recognize or reward the talent they have and will lose clients because of it.

Great start in media, young culture can be good and bad
Digital Media Planner (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 21, 2018
Spark Foundry was Mediavest when I worked there. Your experience will kind of depend on your team. I had a great team and loved it, but others weren't so lucky. Management cares about development and you are pushed into more responsibility to keep growing. You get great time-off benefits. Promotions can take a little time to get

Depends on the account
Manager (Current Employee) –  Detroit, MIMarch 12, 2018
Detroit office is often treated as the ugly step-child. Has been a struggle trying to get the company to acknowledge the office as part of the larger Chicago/NYC groups.

large agency with different programs/online learning experience
Senior Media Planner (Current Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 5, 2018
There're opportunities to network, like the company culture and the benefits are good for entry/mid level employees. depends on the team, some direct managers don't delegate work, there's no room to grow.
Pros
opportunities to participate in company wide programs
Cons
direct manager doesn't delegate work, no improvement even after raising the issue

So-So
Manager, Programmatic (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILFebruary 15, 2018
Good work/life balance, but needs to create more transparency internally. Teams are mostly collaborative and coworkers tend to be aligned in terms of culture.

Promotions are arduous and difficult to come by.

Great environment but poor management and pay
Digital Reconciliation Associate (Current Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 2, 2018
Great environment to meet people. Fun company sponsored events when they do happen. Management leaves more to be desired. Not much direction when it comes to leading a team. Pay could be better.

Great Culture, Terrible Pay
Media Administrator (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILOctober 31, 2017
Great place to get your experience but the pay is not its strong suit. It is difficult to get promotions/advancements. The company tries to compensate its low rate with events with free food/drinks and raffles. Also promotes how we get many all holidays off/vacation pay but in the end you rate always stays the same. Tough to get a raise.
Pros
Culture
Cons
Low pay

Stressfull but fun
Client Services Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NYSeptember 12, 2017
Like any other job, there will be stressful days that seem never ending, but they come and go. The work levels are manageable if you know how to multitask! The management is poor with little replacement when people leave. Raises and promos are rare, no matter how hard or how long you work. Compensation is poor, but benefits are good.
Pros
Benefits (vacation time, events)
Cons
Unfair pay. Rarely given promos or raises

Long Hours, Spread Thin
Media Associate (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 23, 2017
The work is unevenly divided in the company. Some people leave at 5-5:30 everyday others never leave before 6. The only way to advance is to leave and then come back.
