My immediate manager at spark was awesome the overall culture was very toxic. Everything was about who you know. Also the pay was very low and no one could properly explain your commission to you and when you reached out to the manager who is over commission she would respond with a very nasty comment and to make you feel stupid for asking a question and she never really answered anything

Small company plays by their own rules

Horrible place to work commission structure is always changing. No advancement or loyalty for the workers that have been there and proven themselves. The management from my experience in multiple stores do what they want work as little as they want but make the most money. They offer benefits but good luck on getting a hold of the one person who handles everything managers have no clue on how you get signed up once you reach your 90 days oh and btw half of my vacation time was taken for no reason at all good luck is all I have to say. I worked there for 2 years and I can count on one hand how many ppl I know are still left.

Work Culture is absolutely the worst

Management is the worst I've ever been associated with . I worked in 4 different stores in the Tampa area over 7 months and the only thing consistent was the horrible business practice to both customers and staff . Management spends more time trying to confuse customers then help them . And worth noting . They withheld commissions even after I fulfilling my 2 week notice . Do not work for this reseller.
