Fairly solid - Lost consistency over time
Quality Assurance Analyst/Consultant II (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAMay 14, 2018
A typical day at work consisted of a standup meeting that would last @ 10-15 minutes then we would start working on whatever the day had to offer. Emails were answered and work remained in-flux throughout the day. Equal levels of collaboration and effort seemed consistent throughout all the teams I worked on

In the beginning of my employment, the culture was amazing. We would go out and have eventful evenings together and would tend to always eat lunch with someone. It started to slide downhill the longer I was there.
The most challenging part of the job was trying to remain busy while there was no billable work to be done.
The most enjoyable part of the job was finishing jobs on time and in budget with a team of capable, equal-minded and hard working people.

job autonomy
Senior Systems Engineer (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAApril 11, 2018
I had a good bit of autonomy in how I handled and scheduled my onsite customer work. Was able to bring on new customers from time to time. The management was very supportive as well.
Pros
Good management support and feedback.
Cons
Not an overall solid philosophy as to what type of business/customers they wanted to attract.

Okay Place to Work
QA Analyst/Consultant (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAApril 8, 2018
When I was there, Sparkhound was working on its culture - specifically trying to maintain it while expanding. Most of the fellow employees were pleasant and professional, but not always the best at informing people at the bottom level of coming changes.

Not sure what to write
Sr. Systems Engineer (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXFebruary 20, 2018
It is a Microsoft Gold Partner. If there are projects going on then the work will flow smoothly. If there's no projects going on...then you could be on the bench for a while.

Good for exposure to all types of technologies, bad for career growth.
Senior Development Consultant I (Current Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAOctober 25, 2017
You may get sacrificed on the alter of your client from time to time. Methodologies are desired but not followed through on. Management is powerless to change anything, CEO is fearful of failure.
Pros
Monthly catered lunches, Quarterly meeting parties.
Cons
Seniority means nothing. Career options are flat.

Not a place for Advancement
Information Technology Technician (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAOctober 20, 2017
Be careful if working for this company as if you are not in the "in" click then you are targeted for any little thing that they may find wrong. You must always act as if you are kissing up to them or you will never make it. You are never noticed for your performance nor the job that you do. You are just a number to them and you are completely under cut on pay. They play a big game on saying you have advancement potential but yet again if you are not in the in crowd then you are not going anywhere. They are quick to pass judgement without investigating problems.

Interesting Place to Work
Site IT Support Sr (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAAugust 28, 2017
All-be-it was contract work, the atmosphere was interesting and good for those that worked directly at the company. As contract support to another company through them everything revolved around the daily, weekly, monthly metrics, SLA, and ticket closure. Although the pay was somewhat lower than normal for the work being done, it is understandable for contract work (outsource). The contract owner must show a profit.
Pros
Intersting company, free lunch friday once a month.
Cons
Lower end of the pay scale on contract work to another company
