Potential to move up in different career paths. Most work is independent, friendly atmosphere. Big company so at times, you may feel lost. Always someone to ask if you need it.
Bakery Associate in Hastings, MI

The management is a huge problem. For some no matter what the management did they were not in the wrong. They are allowed to be as hypocritical as they want without any consequences. They are always very happy to remind you that you're replaceable. If you want to work here DO NOT go work in any departments where you have to learn a new trade. Sure decorating cake or cutting meat sounds like a new and different thing to learn but YOU DO NOT GET PAID ANYMORE THAN A CASHIER. Its not worth the workload and those other departments are always understaffed and mismanaged. I worked for this company for 4 years and mostly learned what to not tolerate from future jobs.
Warehouse Worker in Byron center

The worst place to ever I mean EVER work for the supervisors don't care they keep a dirty warehouse and very unsafe 80 hrs a week love firing people they say they don't even want to know your name because you're not going to be here long enough welcome to Spartan Nash never work there unless your homeless living in a tent
Delivery Driver in Fargo, ND
on July 17, 2021
Working there is like working for yourself . Do your work schedule on time and deliver your deliveries then you will have a time to relax. The bosses are happy about you
Dairy/Frozen Associate in Grand Haven, MI
on July 17, 2021
It's a grocery job, so it's not hard work, and it's not that bad in retrospect, but if your some one trying to study or move up in the world it is easy to get stuck in a store like this.
