It was a horrible experience

This facility is filthy, patients rooms are not cleaned for days at a time. The resident care is sad. Dementia patients and memory loss patients are allowed to run all over the building it is not a safe environment for them. It is a very toxic work environment upper management is a huge part of the problem. I wouldn’t put my dog in a place like that.

Therapy is great

I love working with our long term care population. The residents here are so fun to work with. The residents work so well with therapy and I love hearing their stories. We also work with short term rehab residents who come here just for therapy; that is so fun to work with the people of the community and be a part of their story and get them back home safely.

Great place to work

I jus moved to South Dakota and truly love working here Everyone genuinely cares for the residents. Our job is very fulfilling Sometimes thing get hard but our team jumps into help. The work atmosphere is worth working the managers work alongside employees. It’s been really great working here so far
