Inexperienced middle managers, nice staff, constant changes
Written by Nurse (Current Employee) from Reston Va on April 3, 2016
Company with a solid core function, in need of experienced middle managers to provide clearly established performance metrics, regular feedback to staff, and in depth training for new employees. None of these are evident at this time.

The upside is working with great staff people. The downside is constantly changing work duties, inadequate notification - more ... or prepping the staff for changing expectations, 12 hr shifts required sitting the entire time on the phone. RN salaries are low. New staff come in and leave after a few days, weeks or several months. Constant turnover. - less
ProsLike the staff
ConsPoor job training, no defined work processes, unskilled management
