Great job - not-so-great company
When I left, we were working mandatory 10-hours of arrival time frames 6 days per week. I loved the technical challenge, and my manager was fantastic, but corporate fired me on a customer complaint without hearing my side of the story. There are no raises, and despite being one of the best, I only earned the money the job listing promises once in 15 - more ... months, and only after learning "advanced services" like Xfinity Home.
