Hard job. Back pain. Lots of times on your knees. They pay bad in the beginning but the boss takes big money. You can get more money if you work on your own

The longevity of the employees is impressive! Most have been there over 20 years. The President is wonderful and steers the ship with success. He has ensured that the people you work with are like family. You work with friends and the energy is high. Management has your back and they do everything they can to help you succeed.

It was ok work outside the state for the most part always moving around installing floors in hospital, school ,stores and warehouse learn new trades if u pay attention

Going an extra mile for the customer and for each other.
I worked here 14 years and I felt like it was one big family. If someone got sick they helped them out. Even if it meant having a fund raiser. We helped each other with projects. If someone needed something for a job they did everything possible to help the job. The customer received priority, and my coworkers were always willing to support that arrangement.
