Research shows that mentorship can play an important role in creating an inclusive work environment and professional development. That’s why at Spectrum, we provide informal networking and mentoring programs through our Business Resource Groups. In 2021, through our Business Resource Group mentoring programs, we connected over 170 mentorship pairs and logged over 1,000 total mentorship hours.
