Applied for Internet/phone tech. First supervisor started with basic questions: how would you handle this situation etc. Then followed the tech questions:
how to find an IP Address.
How to help personalize a WiFi for a customer

Second supervisor asked more personable questions with a few tech questions as well. There was an optional question: What do you know about VOIP.

Overall just do tech question research!

Not professional at all. People steal your sales/installs on the back end. Some DSR arenas given the proper technology to check on updates of sales after sold. Technicians need to be babysat or they will skip your sales to do smaller jobs.

As of 2018 the new Charter policy states any employee hired after January of 2016 will accrue up to 56 hours of sick time a year.Prior to that TWC gave up to 80 hours a year. I found this out after I stopped accruing sick time towards the end of September last year. My accrual maxed out due to the amount of overtime I put in.

Dealing with upper management. They took away everything great pre-merger and ran morale into the old Bemis. They come up with a policy and insist on running it from the top down instead of telling us what they want to happen and letting us figure out the best way to get there.
