Attending an online hiring event, filled out application on their website, and did the assessment. Got a message an hour later saying I passed assessment and scheduled a phone screen. Had the screening done the next day and scheduled an interview for the day after. Did interview and was offered a position. Took about 3-4 days to get offer letter and clear background check and all that. Excited to start in two weeks! :)
Awful. At first your told dont worry about your metrics. Then BAM! Management is upset cause your metrics aren’t good. If you dont meet their metrics scale. You are wrote up. Worst place ever to work! Management and HR ARE THE WORST
Find an exit. Mopping the floors of an adult theater has more dignity and the customers there are happy
It depends on your role, but generally the lower your position within the hierarchy the more you'll suffer from upset customers, hard-to-meet goals, and ever-changing policies and demands. Overtime working hours can be stressful, too.
You are preloaded personal time when you start ( i think i got @ 4 days for half a year. The rest you accrue with hours worked. If you dont have the sick time they will take from your personal or vacation. They can be strict about call offs but if you have a medical condition; they will work with you. Most jobs would have fired me by now. My supervisor checks in on me when i have to call off. Overall; great. Just be honest, upfront, & dont abuse it.
If you get a second interview is that a good sign about getting the job or is this just the regular interviewing process
I applied through a job search site. About a week later i got a call from a recruiter inviting me to a job fair. She asked me to apply & do the assessment on their website. I did & i went. I interviewed with a supervisor, then was asked to stay to interview with a member of their hiring team. I got the job & still work there. There were over 100 people who showed up. There was maybe 20 asked to stay for the 2nd interview. None of them were there when i started training. So yeah, good sign; but u still gotta rock it
Absolutely hated it! Made me sick thinking about going in to work everyday. Awful atmosphere very depressing!
Yes, if you are offered employment and you accept, then you must submit to a drug test within 48 hours of digital acceptance of the offer and the background check must be completed within 5 days of digital acceptance. Provided you pass both of those screens, onboarding begins.
