I applied a few times online. Never got any phone calls. Found out they had weekly job fairs, showed up and got the job. Met with a recruiter, then had an interview with a manager and was walked out to the lobby. Before I walked out of the door, he asked if I could wait a couple minutes. The recruiter walked out maybe 5mins later and offered me the job. I got an email that afternoon for the background/drug test. Now, I'm just waiting on that to clear.

As of 2018 the new Charter policy states any employee hired after January of 2016 will accrue up to 56 hours of sick time a year.Prior to that TWC gave up to 80 hours a year. I found this out after I stopped accruing sick time towards the end of September last year. My accrual maxed out due to the amount of overtime I put in.

Dealing with upper management. They took away everything great pre-merger and ran morale into the old Bemis. They come up with a policy and insist on running it from the top down instead of telling us what they want to happen and letting us figure out the best way to get there.
