I have been through the interview process with four different positions and everyone misleading, no sense of urgency and with the consistency of excuses made as to why a decision on employment cannot be made or made at all. It seems very unorganized and cannot imagine what their customers are experiencing.

1st step- candidate completes the online application and must pass the call center assessment.
2nd step- resume review, if pass the skill requirements - recruiter will do a phone interview
3rd step- in person interview with the hiring manager. Interview based on skills, work experience and last is role playing

I had three official interviews in the past and never got an offer. This year I tried a job fair for a dispatch position and got interview on the spot...no call back. Then finally I tried another job fair and got another interview on the spot and got the job. Super excited about the job. I've worked with cable before in another state and I really enjoy the environment.

I applied online. Was called by a recruiter for a phone screen. He sent me to the local/ closest Spectrum/Charter office. I interviewed my Field Service Supervisor.
He offered me a job verbally and then I was offered a job through email contingency on passing drug screen and background check.
All was good and I was sent to drive along for a week, and then off to class for a month.
Very smooth. Very professional. Not a contractor but in house

I applied and got a phone interview in August 2017. Was asked to come to interview and take a test. After passing both, I was asked to come in the next day to interview with a supervisor and maybe a manger. Spoke with the supervisor and answered his technical questions; was asked to wait and interview with the manager. After her interview, I was told I would hear back. Got the “thanks, but no thanks” email. I have several years of call center experience, many years with a large telecom, and an MBA. No sure why I didn’t get the job.
