Applied for Internet/phone tech. First supervisor started with basic questions: how would you handle this situation etc. Then followed the tech questions:

How to help personalize a WiFi for a customer
Second supervisor asked more personable questions with a few tech questions as well. There was an optional question: What do you know about VOIP.
Overall just do tech question research!
I applied online on Wednesday and for a phone interview by Friday then at up for face-to-face interview with supervisor then that next morning was offered the billing customer service position. Interview process was enjoyable. Applied online and went to a job fair in Durham. Interviewed face to face with two people and was a very enjoyable interview. They were reallly down to earth and informative. Safe to say I got the job and start at the end of September.

Their recruiter for Middletown ny was unprofessional and the people I interviewed with seemed a few frys short of a happy meal.
I have been through the interview process with four different positions and everyone misleading, no sense of urgency and with the consistency of excuses made as to why a decision on employment cannot be made or made at all. It seems very unorganized and cannot imagine what their customers are experiencing.
