Criticism continuous for entire shift
Leadership members and supervisors are never on the same page. Leadership will tell you this one day then a supervisor will say different next day, They aren’t fair with Voluntary Time Off requests. First come in should be volunteered to go home first! You have to not only compete with that but you have to compete with SOOO MANY PEOPLE EVEN FOR A SHIFT ! I could go on and on. I referred ONE person to this company regret even coming myself
Trying to upsell someone who is upset about the price they are paying
Not knowing the ins and outs of the multiple computer systems, ticketing, who does what. right hand and left hand don't talk, they just use ticketing systems which lead to misunderstanding of issues and incorrect resolution of tkt closed w/out a resolution.
Ironically a communicatiions company that doesn't communicate...not very well anyway.
The hours as a salary employee. They will work you 10+hrs with no extra pay or over time how do you explain to your family you worked 10hrs but only getting paid for 8. Also that you have to work Saturday but still no pay. Only paid for 40hrs
Unresponsive, uncaring, rude management. They don't care at all, because they have a revolving door.
Detached and out of touch Leadership
It depends on your role, but generally the lower your position within the hierarchy the more you'll suffer from upset customers, hard-to-meet goals, and ever-changing policies and demands. Overtime working hours can be stressful, too.
Managements incompetence. Many people get into management that are not qualified to be there. Their gross incompetence put undue pressure on subordinates.
