I can only speak for the Columbus, OH Call Center Inbound Sales. Ever since Charter rolled in, the workplace atmosphere changed. Supervisors and managers loved to micromanage, then they stopped, then they picked up again. There never are answers or actions to fix real word problems and it is because the Charter Way is if it doesn’t affect my pay, why do I have to deal with it or why should I care? The company constantly contradicts itself. Why would you push a 29.99 each for all three services when you know literally a third of customers are calling in and getting upset because it is misleading and then say marketing is just doing their job... getting them to call in, after that it’s our problem. Pay is good.... But you will ask yourself is it really worth all of the unneeded stress, talking to a wall, and working with a company that literally is a job mill and has to hire as fast as they fire because things suck. I am thankful for my experience working their for a year, but never ever ever again....

It used to be ok, for the most part.
The last couple of years have steadily declined to the point where ALL the techs I talk to hate their jobs.

Culture is very backwards. Make sure you understand the requirements of your job. Spectrum is a good place to get experience but get ready to have an escape plan.

They micro manage too much worked their a month as a far door door sales, they try own you do to small salary they give ontop the commission. Not worth it to me, Never do salary again if it's used repeated to be thrown in you face asking you do long hours when originally not designed that way
