So bad. Management by threats and fear. Coworkers were nice, but company culture may make you sick. Literally.

Run by incompetence, motivating employees by fear, incentives lost - stress gained, you’re nothing but a number. Nothing good about this place. Was there to experience TWC vs Spectrum. Those Spectrum folks have no business running a company let alone an ant farm. Horrible place.

Horrible. I worked in Bridgeton Missouri Location Call Center, Internet repair. The management was awful, long hard hours, very rude nasty customers on the phone cursing and yelling at you. You get no exercise since you’re in a phone for over 10 hours a day. Pay is OK, benefits are good, but people don’t last there. Out of 45 people they hired only nine people stayed. I feel like they treat you like a child, very very poor support for new employees. You’re on the phone trying to get help but there’s no one there to help you, So the customers are yelling asked for a supervisor, supervisor is giving you a pushback, stating to take the call yourself. I would never work here ever again.

Not professional at all. People steal your sales/installs on the back end. Some DSR arenas given the proper technology to check on updates of sales after sold. Technicians need to be babysat or they will skip your sales to do smaller jobs.

Lots of change pretty constant is how to best describe atmosphere. You have to be able to roll with the changes an yes read all correspondence that come through email. Because at times supervisor are really busy an dont relay information in time. So just stay on updates for new policies or changes yourself. But other than that it's like any other typical call center if u worked at one you know what to expect.

Terrible post-merger. The old company was leaps and bounds above the way things are now. Too many in management have zero idea on how to treat employees like people.
