Not professional at all. People steal your sales/installs on the back end. Some DSR arenas given the proper technology to check on updates of sales after sold. Technicians need to be babysat or they will skip your sales to do smaller jobs.

Lots of change pretty constant is how to best describe atmosphere. You have to be able to roll with the changes an yes read all correspondence that come through email. Because at times supervisor are really busy an dont relay information in time. So just stay on updates for new policies or changes yourself. But other than that it's like any other typical call center if u worked at one you know what to expect.

Terrible post-merger. The old company was leaps and bounds above the way things are now. Too many in management have zero idea on how to treat employees like people.
