I would show respect to the people that been there 20 plus years,that got you to where you are now,seniority should mean something when a employee gave his heart and soul for you
I would bring back causal dress fridays. This position is dealing with customers over the phone employees should feel relaxed and not constraint. I would also institute mandatory all hands on deck employee moral building days to encourage people to outside get together including fun and games and to encourage people to meet and socialize. This is a position that requires people to be friendly.
