Materiel Management Specialist-Craftsman (Current Employee) – Warner Robins, GA – September 13, 2018
The job is really not bad at all. The people are great to work with and so is the overall division. The only thing I wish was better was the pay. It they could pay about 15-20% more they would have less turn over.
Run like a small family-owned business - CEO & President knows every employee
Task Lead/Sr. Systems Engineer (Current Employee) – Newport News, VA – October 2, 2018
Spectrum Comm Inc takes care of their employees and responds quickly to customer needs. An Entrepreneurial work environment - if you bring in new work, you get the credit and responsibility for it. Also it is a Veteran-owned (55%) and an employee-owned small business (employees own 45% control of the company). The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is automatic after the first year - accrues based on your years of employment and salary - very generous.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – May 1, 2017
Prepare for micro-management, only knowing your schedule when it's presented to you. Breaks and bathroom breaks counts against your overall performance so watch what and when you eat. Customer will call will all possible complaints and they are unable to see the problem from both sides of the perspective. When I arrived I saw the volleyball net and sand and I thought this would be great such an employee moral setter, but we never used it.
Pros
discounted cable services, gym, walking path, air conditioned
Cons
must live in area supported by cable to receive discounted cable, shifts availability is very limited, gym is very outdated, very tight and share working environments which spread colds rapidly, also no casual fridays dressing

Service Technician (Former Employee) – Ellsworth, ME – January 10, 2017
It may be in your best interest to withhold salary information when applying if your income was more at your previous job. They will disregard your experience and hire an under qualified person if you are deemed to have made too much at your previous job. It doesn't matter if you currently have zero income.
What does it say about a company who intentionally avoids hiring the most qualified candidates?
