It a very good company to work you can advance but you have to work hard in do more interaction with the residents I am a former co workers that came with no experience. I was there for three months in got a promotion as relief manager.In yes the train you in you go on lots of trip it very fun also residents.I love this company if you what to advance they will give you that chance.I work there for 9 yr.went on to be a Nurse.
