Fantastic volunteers help to get the job done.Much work & attention to detail is expected, and the pay is very little over minimum wage. Some employees are wonderful to work with and others are not. Plenty of work to stay busy all the time.Too much heavy lifting & repetitive motion though.

What is the best part of working at the company?Free coffee in the kitchenWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company? The most toxic environment I’ve ever worked. The staff turnover was high due to the outright unprofessional staff, and positions were rarely filled in less than 6 months due to the low pay. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Horrid. They would make things harder on themselves just to screw over a coworker. Management was only concerned about money.

Spectrum Generations has a great mission and is a great place to work. The company supports ongoing training and development of its employees, offers competitive benefits and perks, and has an impressive track record of supporting employee growth by promoting from within. The companies variety of events and fundraisers are also a blast, and they are person centered (opportunities for Q+A, flexible work schedule, continued education, wellness opportunities). If you are a team player with a desire to give back to your community, consider Spectrum Generations!

Competitive compensation and benefits. Always opportunities to advance... for those that want to work hard. Mission focused company with a clear vision on how to make a positive impact on the community!

Most employees are dedicated to the mission and want to succeed for the benefit of the community, but they are set up to fail - no support from leadership or upper management. Company definitely gives no reason to stay - overworked and underpaid.
