The working hours worked really well for a military spouse since it was a military facility.

In my experience, they will expect you to do more than is reasonable in eight hours, then blame and nag you for being too slow. This may vary from place to place, because it's about the unique chemistry between Spectrum and the place you'll be working at. To keep up, I never really got the half hour lunch break 80% of the year I worked for them, and I stayed 2 hrs off the clock 90% of workdays for a year.
