This is a company that thrives on trickle down back stabbing and corruption from the top down. There is a culture of kill or be killed and "tattle tale" behavior is not only encouraged but expected. The clients are NOT the priority-- and while they are supposedly a non-profit organization, making money is CLEARLY Spectrum's priority. Clients needs are secondary to squeezing every possible dime out of their insurance companies, and too bad for you if you're not on Medicaid cuz it's gonna hurt! Any employee that DARE to advocate for Spectrum's clients is rapidly and thoroughly reprimanded. Do NOT work here if you actually care about people or have a desire to think for yourself or try to make a difference for the better. Intelligence and ideas are not welcome. Otherwise great pay and benefits.
