In Az you need 2 references, a fingerprint clearance card, drug screen, background check, and the usual 1-2 interviews. The community I worked at was brand new so the online training was completed before the community opened.

Respect and give important is to your employees, give them equal opportunity to grow and show appreciation to all they do cause they are your manpower. Believe me I came from various places of Assisted Living and from my experience 2 companies are in top back in southern California, They value their employees.
