In Az you need 2 references, a fingerprint clearance card, drug screen, background check, and the usual 1-2 interviews. The community I worked at was brand new so the online training was completed before the community opened.

Very disorganized and too much time elapsed between a series of scripted interviews ..... again due to a very overzealous incompetent ED !! Home office is clueless to cover up from staff that is too fearful to report incompetencey of upper mgmt !
